-coordinate calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the Manager, staff, business partners
-includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate,
-administrative and functional activates including translation of documents and email
-participation in meetings and fluent Romanian translation,
-prepares and sends business correspondence.
-excellent verbal and writing communication skills,
-really good organizational and time management skills,
-able to adapt quickly, handle multiple task and prioritize,

-good knowledge of Office, Power Point, Excel,
